Labubu August Surprise” Promotional Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period:
The “Labubu August Surprise” promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on August 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of countries where Kitsch LLC ships who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of Kitsch LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible.

3. How to Enter:
To participate, place a qualifying purchase order (a “Qualifying Order”) at mykitsch.com during the Promotion Period. Each Qualifying Order is automatically eligible; no code or additional action is required. One (1) Labubu will be randomly inserted (at no additional cost) into one (1) Qualifying Order per day during the Promotion Period (a total of thirty-one (31) Labubus to be awarded).

4. Odds of Winning:
Odds of receiving a Labubu depend on the number of Qualifying Orders placed each day. Only one (1) Labubu is inserted per day; not every order will contain a Labubu.

5. Notification:
Winners are not separately notified. If your order is selected, a Labubu will arrive as part of your shipment. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of the Labubu is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as required by law.

6. Limitations:
Limit one (1) Labubu per household during the Promotion Period. If multiple orders from the same household are selected, Sponsor reserves the right to limit to one (1) fulfillment per household.

7. Shipping:
The Labubu will be shipped with the qualifying order to the shipping address provided at checkout, including international destinations where mykitsch.com ships. Standard shipping policies apply. International winners may be subject to import/customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country; such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Kitsch is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information or customs clearance issues.

8. Taxes & Fees:
Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees. The value of the Labubu will be reported where required by law.

9. General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion (in whole or in part) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

10. Release:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kitsch LLC, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the Labubu.

11. Privacy:
Information collected in connection with the Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes:
Except where prohibited, participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

13. Sponsor:
The Promotion is sponsored by Kitsch LLC, [insert full address].

14. Miscellaneous:
 No purchase or payment of any kind is required to win a Labubu beyond placing a Qualifying Order. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations. By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
